  • What kind of products can I have delivered?

    • MoonTango is here to make sure you never have to shop for (or run out of) all those essential, replenishable supplies you use every month. From deodorant and toothpaste to shavers and cosmetic wipes... and, of course, the most essential of monthly supplies -- hygiene products. We will be expanding our catalog so if there's something you think we've missed we'd love to hear from you. Drop us a note at support@moontango.com.

  • What comes in my box?

    • Each MoonTango box will include all of the monthly recurring products you purchased for that month plus any add on products that your chose to "toss in" on a one-time basis... plus a surprise. Each month, the surprise will be different but it will always include a little treat, a little inspiration, and a little something new to try out.

  • Do I pay for shipping?

    • Shipping is free as long as your order is at least $15.

  • How should I choose my delivery date?

    • To make the most out of your MoonTango service, you may want to set you delivery interval to roughly match your menstrual cycle. For example, if you set your next delivery date so that your box would arrive a few days in advance of the start of your next cycle, then we will calculate your future deliveries based on a four week interval, i.e., every 28 days. And don't worry... you can easily change your delivery date at any time.

  • When do you bill my credit?

    • MoonTango will bill your credit card when we begin processing your order, usually just a few days before your order ships.

  • Will MoonTango notify me when my order is shipped?

    • A few days before we ship your order, we'll send you an email letting you know when to expect it. We'll also tell you how much your order will cost and whether you have reached the $15 free-shipping threshold. If you haven't reached the free-shipping threshold we'll offer you a few choices that you can "toss in" your basket to make sure you don't pay shipping.

  • How soon can I get my first order?

    • We need at least five days notice to get your order processed and delivered.

  • What is your return policy?

    • If you are not 100% satisfied with any of the merchandise you receive from MoonTango, we want to make it right. MoonTango will always refund the full purchase price of any product your bought from us if you let us know about the problem within 90 days of the purchase date. If we ask you to return a product then we'll always pay the return postage as well. Please contact us at support@moontango.com and we will provide you with a free return shipping label. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • MoonTango customers can cancel their order at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Contact us at support@moontango.com to cancel. You can also simply pause your order by telling us how long you need a break. We'll notify you when your order is ready to restart and you can decide then to change, cancel or continue with your MoonTango service.
